Complaints Procedure
It is important to us that you are happy with the service we provide to you and we will ordinarily do everything we can to ensure that your experiance as a customer meets or exceeds your expectations, however if you do have problems or complaints then the following outlines our proceedure for making a complaint.
You should contact us in the first instance by e-mailing us at the address customercare@hostinguk.net which enables the automatic logging and tracking of your issue.
Please ensure that in the content of your e-mail you provide as much detail as you possibly can which will enable us to look into your complaint.
Please also ensure that we have your full contact information including a telephone number where we can reach you during the day time if possible. Once we receive your e-mail you will recieve a tracking number by return, in the same way as you do when a support ticket is raised.
Should you then wish to speak to a manager about your complaint once it has been lodged you can call on 01745 586072 and quote the tracking number.
